at Aber Wrac’h
Fancy a day of kayaking and discovering the Abers coast? Follow us as we present our perfect day starting from Aber Wrac’h!
Kayaking at Aber Wrac’h:
Start the Day on the Water
As the first light of day breaks, Aber Wrac’h gently awakens, offering an unforgettable maritime spectacle. Aber Wrac’h is a charming fishing port where beautiful, old, and large fishing and pleasure boats come and go. You might even spot offshore racing boats and old sailing ships, like the Bel Espoir.
You can start your day with 1, 2, or 3 hours of kayaking. After picking up your kayak from Xavier, head towards the peaceful waters of the archipelago or the Aber Wrac’h river.
While paddling leisurely, you can discover a multitude of natural treasures. Make a detour to Île Stagadon, known for its wild beaches and absolute tranquility. Île Cézon, with its fortifications, is an ideal destination for kayaking exploration; we can provide you with the Fort’s opening days before departure. These islands offer breathtaking panoramas, where the colors blend between the blue of the sea, the vegetation on the islands, and the bright white sand.
Kayaking allows you to get closer to nature, meet seabirds, and if you’re lucky, even spot seals. After several hours gliding on the water, you feel peaceful and invigorated. Returning to land with your kayaks, you share your adventures with Xavier. This adventurous morning has awakened your appetite, and it’s time to discover the culinary delights of Aber Wrac’h.
